Roger has been practising at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital since 1993. He is an experienced anaesthetist specialising in interventional pain management and drug therapies for persistent pain.

Experience
Roger qualified in medicine from Leeds University and initially trained in general practice.
After a short spell as a GP he decided to further his training in anaesthesia, during which he developed skills in pain management with a special interest in interventional treatment for spinal pain, neuropathic pain and sciatica.
Roger has served two terms as a peer elected councillor of the Royal College of Anaesthetists and is a founding board member of the Faculty of Pain Medicine.
